Openness can't be ordered
Openness must be conquered together in the interplay between colleagues and in the interplay between staff and management
Openness means increased vulnerability. Therefore it is asked for a management that is able and willing to protect members of the staff when they increase their openness and become more outspoken about the common reality
A group or organization with great openness has come further in its development than a group or organization with less openness
